Can I upgrade my service with FreeBeeps?
We offer a premium
service page where you can upgrade your service to
include alphanumeric paging, voicemail, a
toll-free number without an extension, prepaid calling
(local and long distance), customized Unified Messaging, and caller-id
with one-touch call returns.

I would like to upgrade my pager?
Members
will have an option to upgrade your pager only if
your original order has not been sent out yet. Otherwise
you can trade your old pager in for the $10.00 credit
towards the purchase of the new pager.

How can I get FreeBeeps service on my other wireless
devices?
Other wireless devices such as cellular phones,
palm pilots, two paging etc. can receive your notifications!
All you need to have is an e-mail address for your
wireless device.
For
example:

Inside
of your message center, you can then go to the 'Email
Forwarding' menu and follow the directions to have
the messages sent to your wireless device.

What is the warranty for my pager?
All
Pagers purchased from FreeBeeps come with a 1 year parts and labor warranty.
If the unit has a manufacturing defect not caused
by customer abuse, we will repair or replace your
pager. FreeBeeps only offers its customers state of the
art equipment, designed to give you years of trouble
free service. If your pager is lost or stolen simply
purchase a new one and you will keep the same number.

Do we have pager insurance?
We
currently do not offer pager insurance.

What is the billing information all about at the
message center?
This
information is only necessary if you are using additional
or premium services.

My credit card will not process?
Make
sure you are putting double digits for the single
months (i.e. 07/02)

Can I pay for my pager using a credit card name
that is not the same as the one I signed up with?
Only
if you have been authorized to use the card

If I have alphanumeric
service
and I use more than 300 pages, will I be charged?
The
way the program is set up, you will have the option
to never have a paging bill again. The pager will
notify you when your nearing the 300 pages and you
can buy additional 300 page increments @ $4.95 or
simply let your pager not receive messages until
the following month.

Can
I receive any compensation for a referring someone?
We offer a referral program called flooze. It gives our
existing members an opportunity to earn prepaid calling minutesby referring

If I buy in quantity can I get a discount?
Unfortunately
not, the FreeBeeps pagers are priced just a little above
our cost in order to get the pagers out there to
satisfy our advertisers. *Refer to the above question.
