I made a mistake during sign-up. What do I do?
Did you stop the sign-up process midway and did not end up purchasing a pager? If you provided a valid e-mail address, you should have still received an e-mail giving you a FreeBeeps phone number and security code. Log in to the message center and click on the 'Purchase Pager' button.
I tried to order a pager and accidentally ordered the wrong pager. Can I change this?
Yes, however you will need to call customer support.

How much credit do I get for my old pager?
If you ordered an alphanumeric pager from us you will receive a $10 credit toward your purchase.
Is there an activation fee?
Yes. There is a one time $10 activation fee.
I'm having trouble placing my order on your web site. What can I do ?

What is the procedure for sending in my pager for trade-in credit?
There is two ways to go about this. 1) Send in your existing working pager with a check or money order for less $10.00 of the total price. 2) Order your pager by credit card and when we receive your pager we will credit back your credit card $10.00 Send To: FreeBeeps.com 6971 N. I would like to upgrade my existing pager?
You can upgrade your existing pager to the FreeBeeps system, but we only recommend doing this if your existing pager is alphanumeric capable (many FreeBeeps features require alphanumeric service to take full advantage of them). To learn more about upgrading your existing pager, please go here:

I already have a pager can I keep my same number with one of your pagers?
Unfortunately not, paging carriers have their own assigned pager numbers that belong to them. We would not be able to retrieve the numbers from them.
Can I send in more than one pager for credit?
We will only accept one trade in per pager purchased.
How do I set up my voicemail?
Local numbers - • Dial your pager number • During the greeting "At the tone, please leave a message" interrupt by hitting the * key • Enter the security code e-mailed to you at the time of sign up. • This gives you the option to record a greeting and listen to your messages.
Toll Free w/extension - • Dial 1-888-487-9025 • At the "welcome to message center please enter a mailbox number" enter your extension number • At the tone please record a message and hit the * key • At the "please enter your security code" enter the security code e-mailed to you when you signed up • This gives you the option to record a greeting and listen to your messages.
When I go back to sign up why will my same email address not process?
This keeps people from getting multiple numbers sent to the same e-mail address. If you were given a phone number and security code you can go to your message center and change your email address or you can select buy a pager.
Can I pay for my pager using a credit card name that is not the same as the one I signed up with?
Only if you have been authorized to use the card.
