It takes a three-step process to retrieve your password:

Confirm your identity Enter your FreeBeeps phone number or extension number. Identity validation • After your account is identified, you will be presented with the security question you selected during registration.  Your new password will be displayed on-screen if your answer matches the one you provided when you registered. • After your account is identified, your password will be sent to your alternate email address just by choosing the option Email Your Password.
